Kushman Veganics line of genetics is still up and coming from what I understand. Unfortunately he is mostly in the southern cali area with out much of a prescence up here in the NW. If I could I would most certainly learn and fully incorporate Mr. Kushman’s garden philosophy. I know I do what I can to make my own waves but learning directly from a veganic master would be a dream come true.
I have post an excerpt from Buds and Roses Collective in Studio City, CA about two newer varieties from Kushman Veganics, these donations are most likely from Mr. Kushman himself. So the profile on the variety will be just right. So enjoy the reading. I tried to find some pictures of the varieties but I didn’t have any luck. Please email me pics if you have time.
Kyle Kushman was the original in-house cultivation editor for Hightimes and the magazine featured his style of growing in their 420th issue. We have a copy of this issue at our shop. If you would like to see it, let us know.
You may have recently tried our non-veganic Firehouse (which is Stardawg crossed with Casey Jones) but this new Firehouse has been grown the way Kyle Kushman suggests for veganics.
The Firehouse is leggy sativa-dominate hybrid that is a select phenotype of a recent release by the Oaksterdam Seed Company. Casey Jones combines an excellent sativa mother (a trainwreck x thai), with an outstanding male from Rezdog’s Sour Diesel v3 line. With a very sweet flavor and a heady transcendent high. And you all should know what our Stardawg is like!
The Kandy Kush provides the great taste and effects of OG Kush but with some Trainwreck characteristics. This is a very resinous strain. Buds are frosty with fantastic sweet smell with lemon undertones. The sweetness of this Kush hybrid is comparable to candy and after one hit you will keep coming back for more!! True California flavor.
Sounds good huh…I sure want to try some of the highest quality veganics in the world today don’t you?
